Restored Niles Leaning Tower Bells to Ring Again

The collection of seven restored and newly cast bells at the Leaning Tower in Niles, Illinois are scheduled to play at three-hour intervals beginning Labor Day weekend. Two of the bells that were original to the tower are dated 1623 and 1747, respectively, and are believed to have come from a Catholic church in Cavezzo, Italy, according to Community Bell Advocates.
