The 5,200-square-foot, two-story parish center at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Shrub Oak, New York - until recently a convent for the Sisters of Charity - will have an outreach center, large meeting room, cloak room, warming kitchen and restrooms on the first floor, and four meeting rooms, a restroom and a coffee kitchen on the second floor.
