About the Event
Walk the walk at the famous Shrine of Christ’s Passion established in Indiana in the beauty of early the early fall.
Your coach will depart and return to the St Joseph school parking lot at 722 High St in Aurora, IL.
The multi-media interactive, half-mile winding Prayer Trail depicts the last days of Jesus Christ’s life. It is a settling walk, and remarkably meditative, since visitors can literally walk into 14 scenes created with forty life-size bronze sculptures, complete with beautiful music and outdoor gardens! Enjoy any/all of the three unique plazas: Our Lady of Guadalupe, Moses on Mt Sinai, and the Family Plazas, the Sanctity of Life Shrine. and a chapel.
Participants may bring a lunch to enjoy or share on the way to the expansive Shrine of Christ's Passion.
The one of a kind 12,000 sq. ft. Shrine Gift Shop will be open.
