About the Event
Join us as we visit four churches in Chicago this fall! The church of the good St Wenceslaus (yes, of the Christmas carol), is an admirable example of sacred craft and construction of the early 1900s. We will explore a lovely Viatorian, English Gothic, pray in a joyful Easter Church that reaches for heaven with high notes, longitudinal crescendos and gorgeous windows, and also see the noble Romanesque church that was the boyhood home of Francis Cardinal George.
Meet the bus at Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at 8:45 AM: 308 E. Marsile St. Bourbonnais, IL 60914
OR - please let us know if you intend to meet us at the first Church in Chicago, Resurrection.
