Learn about the roots and reach of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen on site in Bishop Sheen’s formative boyhood town, Peoria, IL!
This special pilgrimage includes round trip coach transportation from St Peter and Paul in Naperville, a boxed lunch, a thorough and unique museum contextualizing Bishop Sheen's life, a great gift shop, a tour of the Peoria Cathedral, a visit to Bishop Sheen’s tomb, and Mass celebrated by Fr. Twaruzek and Fr. Buchanan. Our professional Catholic Church Tours guide will be on board to explain art, architecture and history within the broader context of our nation.
Feel free to bring your own snacks- or snacks to share, closable drinks and a rosary! Minimal walking required.
