As we wait in anticipation of beatification of Bishop Sheen, Catholic Church Tours has brought back the Bishop Sheen Pilgrimages.
On the very birthday of this influential TV personality, Bishop Fulton J. Sheen, join us to visit his formative boyhood town, Peoria, IL a place always close to his heart. You can anticipate coach transportation from Chicago, a boxed lunch, a thorough and unique museum contextualizing Bishop Sheen's life, a great gift shop, a tour of the Peoria Cathedral, Mass, a visit to his tomb and more. We are also considering another pick up location in addition to Chicago, along the route to the shrine.
